Field Of Dreams made possible by TD is Jays Care's granting program that provides funding to design, refurbish and build local baseball diamonds in communities across the country. Field Of Dreams diamonds are created to be safe and inclusive spaces where communities can connect, and kids can grow. In past 10 years, Jays Care has invested nearly $15 million into 163 Field Of Dreams diamonds across 10 provinces and two territories.
In October 2024, Dutton/Dunwich Minor Ball and the Municipality of Dutton/Dunwich submitted an application to seek a grant to complete the renovation of Diamond #3 in the Sons of Scotland Park in Dutton.
We have now been notified that we are one of the finalists being considered for funding for this project.
On May 4th, the winners will be live-announced on Sportsnet prior to the Toronto Blue Jays Game. Everyone is invited to attend the watch party and participate in the fun. Fingers crossed and wishing us all good luck!
