Volunteer Opportunities
For the 2024 baseball season, five (5) hours per $150 volunteer fee are required, four (4) hours per $50 volunteer fee are required. If you have more than one child registered, you are only required to complete the minimum volunteer hours for you eldest registered child. For example: if you have one child registered for U13 and one for 4-Pitch, you are required to complete five (5) volunteer hours to request a reimbursement.

You may need to log into your google account to access this form. If you do not have a google account and are unable to sign up please let the registrar know (

). A list of available positions/jobs will be sent to you to register for.
The list of available 2024 volunteer jobs will be updated throughout the season. Please keep checking for opportunities.
Refund Requests Upon Completion of Volunteer Hours
It is up to the parent to ensure they complete the mandatory hours in order to be eligible to receive your refund.
To submit a request to refund your volunteer fee, following the completion of your volunteer hours,
please complete this form online.
This form can be completed any time during the season when you have completed your hours.
Refund requests for the season are
due by October 15th, 2024.
Refund requests submitted by July 31, 2024 will be processed in August. All outstanding refund requests submitted by October 15th, 2024 will be processed by November 1st, 2024.
If you fail to complete your hours, or submit your request for your volunteer fee refund, your volunteer fee refund will not be processed and your fee will be retained by the Association.
