What is a volunteer fee?
Our association is completely volunteer run, and our success is dependent on volunteers. We require many volunteers throughout the season. A volunteer fee is an incentive to give back to the association and help run our programs successfully.  Upon completion of your volunteer hours, you may submit a form to receive your volunteer fees back. 

For 2025 the volunteer fees are as follows:

  • House League/4-Pitch/U9 Volunteer Fee - $100 - refundable after four (4) hours of volunteering
  • U11+ Volunteer Fee $200 - refundable after six (6) hours of volunteering. 

How do I volunteer?
In order to receive your fee back, you need to complete the minimum amount of hours as indicated above. Examples of jobs are listed below.

  • Coaching Staff (as approved by the Board)
  • Bingo shift (3 hours per shift)
  • Wallacetown Fair beverage tent shifts
  • other requests for support throughout the season

We also may need help from time to time with other jobs like sorting jerseys, helping with special events, etc.  Volunteer jobs for the 2025 season are emailed to all members when we are looking for volunteers.  

Refund Requests Upon Completion of Volunteer Hours
It is up to the parent to ensure they complete the mandatory hours in order to be eligible to receive your refund. 

To submit a request to refund your volunteer fee, following the completion of your volunteer hours, please complete this form online. This form can be completed any time during the season when you have completed your hours. 

Refund requests for the season are due by October 15th, 2025  Refund requests submitted by July 31, 2025 will be processed in August. All outstanding refund requests submitted by October 15th, 2025 will be processed by November 1st, 2025. 

If you fail to complete your hours, or submit your request for your volunteer fee refund, your volunteer fee refund will not be processed and your fee will be retained by the Association.  

Families with more than one (1) player
If you have more than one(1) child registered, you will need to pay all volunteer fees for your children up to a max of two (2) player volunteer fees.  This means if you have three (3) or more players registered, you will only pay volunteer fees for two (2) children.  Please email the registrar if you are registering more than two (2) children to receive a coupon for electronic registration. 

If you have more than one (1) player, you will be required to complete the volunteer hours for up to two (2) players.  Your required hours will be based on the two (2) players with the highest requirement. 

For example, if you have two (2) or more children playing U11+, you will need to complete 12 hours. 
If you have two (2) children playing U11+ and one child playing House League/4-Pitch/U9, you will need to complete 12 hours. 
If you have one (1) child playing U11+ and one child playing House League/4-Pitch/U9, you will need to complete 10 hours. 
If you have two (2) or more children playing House League/4-Pitch/U9, you will need to complete 10 hours. 

For multiple children, the two (2) with the highest hours required will always be used.
