DDMBA Board of Directors meet on a monthly basis, or as needed.
Requests to be considered by the Board must be submitted at least one (1) week in advance of the next scheduled Board meeting in order to be considered by the Board. If you would like to make a presentation to the Board, please also submit this information with your request to the Secretary.
At the January 28, 2024 Annual General Meeting, the Constitution of the DDMBA was amended to allow for all meeting minutes to be posted online once approved. For a copy of any meeting minutes prior to January 2024, please contact the Secretary directly.
