Sportheadz Account
In order to register online, you will need to create a Sportheadz Account. If you already have an existing Sportheadz account from another sports organization (i.e. hockey) you can login in and register using that email and password. Payment can be made online with credit card or by e-transfer.
Payment Processing
Payment for registration & volunteer fees will be accepted through our registration system via credit card, or by e-transfer to [email protected] . If you wish to pay by cash or cheque, you will need to email the Registrar.
2025 Volunteer Fees
Our association is completely volunteer run, and our success is dependent on volunteers. We require many volunteers throughout the season. A volunteer fee is an incentive to give back to the association and help run our programs successfully. Upon completion of your volunteer hours, you may submit a form to receive your volunteer fees back.
For 2025 the volunteer fees are as follows:
- House League/4-Pitch/U9 Volunteer Fee - $100 - refundable after four (4) hours of volunteering
- U11+ Volunteer Fee $200 - refundable after six (6) hours of volunteering.
Jersey Deposit
Unfortunately, over the years families have not been returning their jerseys and this has cost the organizations thousands of dollars to replace jerseys. For our travel teams this year, you will notice a jersey deposit will be applied for $50. When your jersey is returned at the end of the season, you will receive a refund.
